The cost of assessment is based on several variables, including the cost of selected tests/materials, time spent interviewing the client and/or any informants (parents, teachers, spouses, etc.), school observations, test administration, scoring, interpretation, report-writing and feedback.
---
Given the highly individual nature of assessment, we provide cost estimates based on the average amount of time needed for similar referral questions or necessary testing batteries. We provide you with this proposal prior to the intake appointment, and disclose any changes to the estimated cost as soon as possible.
We work intentionally to identify the most cost-effective option for your referral question(s) by compiling the most streamlined and evidence-based battery possible-- all without sacrificing quality.
Additional sessions to process the results, review recommendations in greater detail, or receive support for specific treatment goals can also be scheduled with your examiner.
We strive to ensure the assessment process is clear, understandable and empowering— rather than overwhelming and disorienting.
We are happy to discuss the assessment process, including the rationale for a certain pricing estimate for your specific needs, prior to committing to the evaluation.

PLEASE NOTE: Many insurance companies require a pre-authorization before they will approve any claims submitted for partial reimbursement for out-of-network psychological assessment services. You will receive a completed Superbill at the conclusion of the assessment process, upon request.
Starting at $2,500**
We offer thorough assessments of one’s social/emotional functioning and mental health symptoms to clarifying many diagnoses listed in the DSM-5-TR.
Our batteries include basic measures which assist in the identification of underlying neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism) which frequently co-occur with serious mental health conditions.
Given the significant overlap between neurodevelopmental differences such as ADHD and Autism, we assess for the presence of these conditions in all of our evaluations unless a diagnosis of either has already been established.
Our assessment batteries include a detailed clinical interview (typically 90-120 minutes). We will send relevant measures to you and up to one informant following this appointment for you to complete online.
Additional informants (such as parents, partners, and teachers) can be included for an additional fee.
A feedback session (typically 60 minutes) is then scheduled to discuss the results. A brief report is provided following the feedback, which will summarize diagnostic conclusions and treatment recommendations.
These evaluations are typically used to support formal accommodations requests within the school, workplace, or government agencies, though confirming the necessary test battery will be up to the client prior to proceeding.
**If there is an existing diagnosis of ADHD and/or Autism, we will adjust the cost of the evaluation accordingly.
Adult assessment pricing may differ from child and adolescent assessment pricing, due to the nature of the testing battery and the number of typical informants.
Your examiner will discuss whether a more in-depth evaluation (e.g., cognitive or psychoeducational testing) will be necessary before proceeding.
COGNITIVE ASSESSMENT ADD-ON: Starting at $1,800
PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL ASSESSMENT ADD-ON: Starting at $1,500
In addition to the comprehensive psychological assessment process, we may recommend an expanded battery designed to evaluate your cognitive and intellectual functioning (e.g., IQ testing), basic memory functions, and/or learning abilities along with any additional areas of concern within the scope of your referral question.
----
Many cognitive, memory and learning differences often co-occur with neurodivergence, so an expanded understanding of how the brain is processing information can support a more comprehensive understanding of the client's needs.
--
This level of assessment includes a more in-depth report (typically 10-15 pages) expanding on your results and outlining individualized treatment recommendations. In most cases, cognitive and psychoeducational testing is offered as an extension of our comprehensive psychological evaluation.
---
NOTE: Certain cognitive testing may be required by specific agencies when pursing accommodations. We are able to add on to a comprehensive evaluation within 12 months of testing, if needed.
SECOND OPINION SERVICE FOR OUTSIDE PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS
$300/hour
Our Second Opinion Service provides a thorough review and interpretation of other professionals' psychological assessment reports, raw data, or diagnostic conclusions. This service offers a neurodiversity-affirming framework for providing deeper understanding, or more satisfactory or useful contextualization of these results or recommendations.
We aim to provide clarity and additional insights, considering strengths and differences rather than deficits, and orienting you toward next steps in a manner that honors the investment made and the goal(s)/function(s) of the evaluation.
We may identify alternative explanations based on the data provided, or affirm the findings/conclusions made in a way that can be best understood.
A brief summary of findings may be provided upon request. We are also able to consult with your treatment team, or previous assessors, to discuss the findings.
If additional testing is recommended, this will be indicated at the time of the evaluation.
