Session Rates
Session costs range depending on the clinician, their specialty, and the type and nature of the service.

Individual Therapy (50 minutes)

Additional time, as well as between-session contact and case management is billed at a percentage of the hourly rate. Existing clients may also be eligible for 30-minute or 90-minute sessions depending on their treatment needs.

Nouveau utilizes Thrizer for easy and stress-free claim submission and reimbursement support!
We strive to make psychotherapy and related services as accessible as possible for our clients. As a private pay practice, Nouveau has partnered with Thrizer, a company that specializes in supporting clients with verifying their insurance benefits and submitting claims on clients' behalf if their plan offers out-of-network benefits.
As of July 1, 2024, Thrizer began applying a 1% fee based on the amount of the reimbursement you receive (e.g., $1 per $100 session reimbursement). You can also use Thrizer to submit other medical claims for providers who may not use Thrizer themselves, for $2 per claim.
Thrizer takes on the task of dealing with your insurance company, handling rejected claims, negotiating for higher reimbursement rates if applicable, and once you've met your deductible, Thrizer offers an instant-repayment option for 5% per session (based on your specific co-pay amount).
You can track claims easily, and link your bank account for instant deposits when your claims are approved. All you need to do is create a free account and add your provider to get started.
NOTE: Nouveau does not guarantee the accuracy of Thrizer's services. It is up to you to verify your expected reimbursement rate for sessions with your insurance, if desired.
