Dr. Vianca Escudero Sopeña (she/hers/ella) is one of the co-founders of Nouveau. She treats children ages 6+, adolescents, young adults, parents and families, offering therapeutic and assessment services in English and Spanish.
She specializes in play therapy, parent coaching and individual therapy for individuals dealing with chronic emotion dysregulation and suicidality using DBT, ACT and other evidence-based approaches.
She is able to work with clients in VA, DC, MD and 38+ other PSYPACT affiliated states (see map for specific locations). She sees clients in office in Rosslyn (Arlington, VA) & via telehealth.
Jack Baker, Ph.D. | Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Jack Baker (he/him) is one of the co-founders of Nouveau. He works with adolescents and young adults. He is passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community, and offers an integrated, evidence-based approach to clinical concerns including depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD and emotion dysregulation/chronic suicidality and self-harm, with a particular interest in individuals dealing with chronic shame.
He also offers psychological assessment services to individuals ages 8+.

Paige Victorine, Psy.D. | Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Paige Victorine (she/hers) is one of the co-founders of Nouveau. She offers therapy and skills coaching to individuals, couples and families aged 18+. She conducts individualized and comprehensive psychological evaluations for individuals aged 12+. She also offers individual and group consultation & coaching services, as well as didactic presentations & trainings for a variety of organizations, agencies, professionals and paraprofessionals.
Dr. Victorine specializes in complex clinical presentations using a fundamentally contextual approach to understanding patterns of behavior which contribute to and maintain suffering. As a result, she is able to work well with a number of diagnoses and symptom patterns, and works from day one to begin to support her clients in understanding their challenges, and ultimately themselves, in relation to their past, present and desired future.
